Gasthaus on Queen gift membership cards can only be redeemed at Gasthaus on Queen.
Gasthaus on Queen will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged membership cards and they will not be replaced.
The membership card will expire 12 months from purchase date and can be renewed in the restaurant or new purchased online.
The membership card cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change, cash or debit/credit card refunds on gift cards or e-voucher transactions and membership cards.
There is no return of purchased cards.
Kids eat free from kids menu only, maximum of 2 kids per visit/booking, no drinks included in the offer.
1 membership card can bring 1 additional person to receive discounts. Further people can purchase a membership card on their visit to receive full benefits.
When booking tables larger than 2 adults and 2 kids, discounts will not be applied. Extra guests can purchase membership to receive discounts.
No split bills are allowed.
If you select “pick up” rather than we send it via post, it will take 24 hours before its ready in the restaurant.
